Eye, Eye what’ve we got here?


Hungarian born Flóra Borsi is well known in the photography works and has already made waves with her exhibitions ‘time-travel edits’ and ‘urban landscapes’. However, it’s one of her latest projects that particularly caught our eye.

‘Animeyed’ focuses on portraits the artist herself. However, in each image one of her eyes is replaced with an animal’s. Now this has been done before, however what makes Borisi’s different is that the animal is still attached.

Now we understand this on the surface sounds very confusing, so take a look for yourself below…

These striking images, truly blend the female form with that of nature and wildlife. Each lends themselves to a different tone defending on the animal depicted.
